Working principle:
The mouse paperboard raw material is placed on the automatic paper
feeding device, which is sent out in a single sheet. after the glue
application photoelectricity detects the mouse board on the
conveyor belt, the glue gun falls to apply glue to the sticky mouse
glue board , then manual pasting the release paper.( If produce
book type mouse board , it will manual put button and fold it
instead of past the release paper by manual )

Features: The paper feeding motor uses a 200 vertical motor, the
frequency converter adjusts the speed, the paper output is stable,
and the speed is adjustable, suitable for fly stickers of various
thicknesses, sticky mouse boards, cockroach houses, light boards,
etc.
Hot melt glue machine:
Size: 96cmx48cmx109cm
Features: The melter motor uses a 750w three-phase motor, and the
frequency converter adjusts the speed. 45cc gear pump, the maximum
amount of glue can reach 40g, the heating power is 9kw, and the
heating speed is about 40 minutes.

Features: The main drive motor is a 750w three-phase motor with
variable frequency speed regulation, the conveyor belt runs fast
and at a stable speed, and PLC or time relay adjusts various time
parameters. High-precision sensor that can sense black or other
color products at the same time.
