Paper feeding unit
The leading edge paper feeding device has a double feeding roller
system to reduce the crushing of the fed cardboard.
The brush dust removal device can adjust the vacuum air flow and
pressure by frequency conversion to adapt to different cardboard
sizes and curved cardboards.
Printing unit
Ceramic aniox roller with doctor blade, vacuum suction box to
transfer cardboard, PLC, touch screen control system, storage menu,
and automatic correction, electric Micro adjustment system Scroll
hanging board layout.
Drying unit
Infrared light source. Three breeze fans make the cardboard heated
evenly and dry quickly.
Slotting unit
Slotting part fully computer control, slotting 4-way lead screw
6-knife shaft, the slotting knife is made of high-quality steel.
Sloting Knife width 7mm, alloy material, heat-treated, ground,
toothed grooving knife, sharp edge and high precision.
The adjustment of the slotting knife is driven by a geared motor.
Die-cutting unit
The phase adopts planetary gear structure, PLC touch screen
control, and full computer adjustment.
Quick-change rubber pad, mechanical speed difference compensation
mechanism.
